From January to August 2007, production of additives totaled 2,957 tons, up 23 percent; accumulated sales were 2,692 tons, up 15 percent, and production and market rate read 91 percent.
From January to August 2007, the industry produced 13,374 tons of pigments, up 9 percent; cumulative sales were 13,214 tons, up 6 percent; of which, total exports were 7,783 tons, up 34 percent, pigment production and market rate was 99 percent.
From January to August 2007, Zhejiang dye production and sales increased steadily. Various economic indicators in output value, sales revenue, profits and tax, profits, export delivery value, presented good growth. Acidity dyes, sulfide dyes, active dyes, and pigment products showed larger growth in exports.
