"Of course, there is always a better way of carrying out work and, as policy, we will strive jointly with our partners to shorten the overall time for completion of the project, while safeguarding the highest quality standards in all aspects," the KPC's CEO said.
Earlier this year, during their talks with KPI's Beijing representative, Meshari Al-Mahmoud, officials from Guangdong Province Development and Reform Commission agreed to proceed with its engineering design, according to provincial authorities.
