Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2008, inter alia, has considered the proposal for acquisition of shares of James Robinson Ltd and other associated assets (together "James Robinson") from Yule Catto & Co plc subjected to consents / permissions / sanctions as may be required from concerned authorities, Stock Exchanges and / or members of the Company.
