AOC announces price increase for United States and Canada

AOC, LLC will increase prices on all products in the United States by $0.08 per pound, and US$0.18 per kilo in Canada. Both price increases are effective for shipments on and after August 31, 2009.
Crude Oil prices have more than doubled since February 2009 and major raw materials used to produce Unsaturated Polyester Resin, Gel Coats and Vinyl Esters have experienced supply issues. Suppliers to AOC are not in a position to absorb increasing feed stock cost as a result, all raw materials costs have increased. AOC has and will continue to work very closely with Suppliers to minimize the magnitude of the increases.
