Taiwan's Ministry of Economy Trade Commission made the preliminary ruling of anti-dumping on benzoyl peroxide imported from Mainland China on February 1, 2010.
The preliminary ruling confirms the establishment of industrial damage and the findings will be sent to the Ministry of Finance to decide whether to impose provisional anti-dumping duties.
According to the Trade Commission, the comprehensive assessment based on relevant information from the preliminary survey shows that there are reasonable indications that the dumped imports have caused material injury to Taiwan's domestic industry.
