Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex (BIPC) is gearing up to undertake Liquid Ethylene Pipeline Project soon.
The project is to conduct surplus ethylene produced by olefin units of Amir Kabir, Marun, Arvand and Bandar Imam complexes to the dock by storing it in a 7,000-ton tank.
It will then be exported to the European, Asian and Arab countries.
This plan will connect olefin units at Mahshahr Special Economic Zone to BIPC's export duck.
Namvaran Company is selected as the project design contractor and the side works are to be implemented by the complexes.
BIPC produces over 30 kinds of petrochemicals at a capacity of 7,100,000 tons per annum.
