Bank Republik Indonesia (BRI) presents The Association of Indonesian Fashion Designers and Entrepreneurs (APPMI) at Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) at the Pacific Place Shopping Mall in South Jakarta.

The Association of Indonesian Fashion Designers and Entrepreneurs (APPMI) begins their presentation with a special Muslimwear segment that features 8 of its most popular designers: Dian Pelangi, Jeny Tjahyawati, Monika Jufry, Tuty Adib, Hannie Hananto, Merry Pramono, Iva Lativah and Herman Nuary.

Each designer will send out 6 unique looks that will change your perception about Muslimwear. This segment is particularly interesting due to Indonesia's reputation as the world's most populous Muslim country as well as the undisputed trendsetter in the Muslimwear industry.

The Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) is Indonesia's definitive fashion event, held annually to showcase Indonesian fashion design talents as well as the progress of its burgeoning fashion and creative industry.

Jakarta Fashion Week will take place from 12-18 November 2011 at the Pacific Place Shopping Mall in South Jakarta.
