The jewellery sector reached new heights this season and the Jewel Case forum was the most beautiful of showcases. By combining history, with the stump of the centuries-old tulip tree from the Chateau de Versailles, and futurism, with the silicone hanging from Tzuri Gueta, exhibitors’ products were offered a scenography worthy of their creativity. Whether it was fine jewellery, components created around the theme of “spells”, designs by Philippe Ferrandis decorated with Swarovski Elements, or the exclusive jewellery of Tzuri Gueta, this was a particularly creative mixture which demonstrated the potential of both ModAmont and its exhibitors in a sector that is experiencing a boom within fashion labels. Creativity and quality were the key words of the dense and dynamic edition which brought the fashion industry together at ModAmont for 3 days of discovery and work: “I come to ModAmont to look for high-value products particularly for our new couture collection.” Colette Candela – Collection Director for the Lejaby fashion house.

There was also a certain euphoria in the design of the products themselves. Trimmings shine, shimmer and sparkle, paying little attention to the voice of reason or the law of the seasons. They surf fashion trends, but also veer off and surprise us. Between underlying trends and eclectic impulse items, everyone can find what they want.
