The fabled Italian fashion house Valentino presented a sophisticated apparel collection that celebrates women’s sensuality, without being overtly sexual, on the penultimate day of the Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013.

Designed under the artistic direction of the label’s creative directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, the graceful collection featured a range of feminine and elegant creations.

The garment line includes demure knee-length frocks, lacy layered jumpsuits, exquisite lace dresses with long sleeves and delicate buttons, short capelets, puffed sleeved floral tea dresses and flower painted high-neck gowns.

The ensembles of the collection showcased a powdery color palette of blush, ivory, beige, rose and black.

Founded in 1959, the Italian clothing company Valentino SpA is a part of the Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A, which operates around 1,600 single-brand boutiques and 433 directly managed outlets in nearly 110 countries.
