Asian talents showcase Japan at Sakura Collection

Japanese traditional culture was depicted by leading designers and models from Asia during the two day fashion show ‘Sakura Collection’ at the Kansai International Airport, located on a man-made island near Osaka, the third largest city of Japan.
 
The main focus of the show was to reflect the traditional culture of Japan, to carry out the spirit of cultural exchange between countries, to strengthen the relationship between Asian countries and to promote tourism in the country. 
 
The creative works prepared by the top fashion designers were showcased by leading models from all across the Asia.
 
The collections were made with the Japanese material Kimono and it was supplied by the leading Kimono manufacturing companies in the country.
 
The creations of Si Hoang from Vietnam, Sukmawati Nita Lestari from Indonesia, Lai Chan from Singapore, Lin Heng Cheng from Taiwan and T-ra Chantasawasdee from Thailand were presented by Thailand’s leading actress Pattie-Ungsumalynn Sirapatsakmetha and models Tang Ying of Singapore, Eleen Yong of Malaysia and Truc Diem of Vietnam.
