A delightful melange of exquisite fusion ensembles, blending hand-woven and hand-embroidered Indian textiles with western design sensibilities, is on display at the ongoing Project Renaissance at DLF Emporio, New Delhi.

Organized by Vogue, the Project Renaissance is an initiative to promote western silhouettes infused Indian fabrics in the international fashion circles.

During the project, exclusive Indian fabrics, woven by expert artisans from all over the country, were collected and gifted to top notch international luxury labels like Fendi, Tod and Salvatore Ferragamo to design unique extraordinary creations.

The exclusively exhibited 21-piece collection includes Burberry’s trench coat in Maheshwari silk, Gucci’s gown made of Gujarati Patola, Hermes’ scarf in Kantha work and a beautiful Rajasthani bandhini dress created by Roberto Cavalli.
