The iconic conical brassiere corset, worn by Madonna during her 1990 Blonde Ambition tour, will be displayed at an exhibition taking place at London’s Barbican Centre in April 2014.

Celebrating the work of French haute couturier Jean Paul Gaultier, the retrospective event titled as ‘The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From The Sidewalk To the Catwalk’ will exhibit more than 140 couture and stage pieces created by the world-renowned designer.

The Queen of Pop’s legendary stage costume, designed by Gaultier, includes a green and white striped corset with sharp pointed cups embellished with sequins, beads, fringes and embroidery.

Other than Madonna’s famous costume, the exhibition will also include outfits worn by Kylie Minogue, Bjork and Dita Von Teese.

Video footages of catwalk presentations, concerts, music videos and Gaultier's television show Eurotrash would also be featured at the exhibition, which at present is going on in the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
