Fashion designer Adriana Degreas announced the arrival of sun-kissed summers with a scorching beachwear collection presented on the second day of Latin American fashion revelry Sao Paulo Fashion Week (SPFW).

Drawing inspiration from the free-spirited Copacabana of 1950s and French architecture, the swimwear line featured white and black bikinis, transparent kaftans, flirty skirts and sexy tops in heavy satin, tulle and zibeline fabrics.

Acquastudio’s designer Esther Bauman took inspiration from the works of Jeans Paul Gaultier and Chanel for designing the brand’s latest range. Made with organza, tulle, lace, gauze, cotton and silk, the white and navy blue toned collection included a variety of embroidered as well as pearl encrusted dresses that can be worn both to work or weddings.

Ronaldo Fraga revisited the Brazilian football frenzy culture of 1930s, 40s and 50s for his latest Spring/Summer collection. The line featured loose shorts, t-shirts and short dresses in white, ivory, red, blue, pink and lime green.

Clothing label Forum showcased a breezy cotton, silk and lace made collection fit for a boat party. The line included flowy feminine dresses based on navy blue and white with occasional splashes of orange, green and yellow.
