Mrignayanee, a Madhya Pradesh (MP) Government organisation, has organized Chanderi Textile Mela, a sarees and textile exhibition in Chennai.
Products on display include cotton sarees, churidar sets, bedspreads and leather materials, whereas block-printed and bagh-printed sarees are a major attraction.
All the items are manufactured at Chanderi, a small town in MP, renowned for its exclusive sarees.
The expo began on February 11 and will go on till February 20, 2006.
