The Canadian Consulate General, Chicago will organize 9th Annual Women's Apparel Rep Locator at StyleMax Show in Chicago March 31- April 2, 2006
The Canadian Consulate General, Chicago has hosted this successful event successfully for the last eight years!
This trade mission will be composed of: 1) a shared booth for participating companies at the pre-StyleMax show (Women's apparel industry show), with access to hundreds of local reps who will be participating in the show; 2) an educational session with industry experts; 3) a show pass to the 3-day show. Because of this phenomenal opportunity to meet with apparel reps right at the show, space is limited, so be sure to get your profile form in ASAP.
Dates and agenda:
Dates for the mission are March 31st through April 2 (inclusive). Participants should plan to fly in Wednesday night or Thursday morning in order to setup your booth Thursday from 11:30am - 1:30pm. Plan to depart on Sunday, April 2nd.
After booth set-up on Thursday night we will host a pre-StyleMax Cocktail Showcase for reps from 2pm - 4pm. Friday morning will include the educational session followed by lunch with "Source Canada Here" luncheon for reps from 11:45pm - 3pm. Saturday will include visiting reps booths at the show and/or boutique visits. At 6pm on Saturday night you will be treated to a fashion show.
All of the above activities will take place at the Merchandise Mart. This is a rep show, meaning that the local reps will be showcasing their lines at the show. This is the best place to meet them too!!!
