Key results from ISPO:
- A potential $10 million (or greater) worth of trade has been generated as a result of AWI's attendance at ispo, which has the potential of a minimum of US$40 million at retail sales value.

- Peak Performance (international ski brand) is looking at launching a substantial Merino baselayer line.

- Ortovox (leading edge technical brand) are discussing the concept of using wool linings in their jackets.

- K2 (leading sports conglomerate) desires to place Merino into a range of brands.

- Quiksilver is evaluating Merino for its category-leading Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC lines.

- Patagonia has launched a range of Merino wool baselayer this season after being a synthetics and cotton-based manufacturer (this is significant as the brand was partly responsible for the shift to synthetics in the 1980s and 1990s and is another example of a renewed focus on natural fibres).
