Baselworld sets platinum jewellery as designers' choice

Platinum is the designers' choice at this year's BaselWorld fair as revealed in the latest jewellery styles.
Items for men and geometric shaped jewellery are set to storm the US market under innovative designs seeking inspiration from nature.
Innovations that follow add a dash of wood, fur and rubber with platinum that has found popular utility in men's watches.
Germany's Henrich & Denzel, among the debutant has showcased a platinum necklace with circle links of varying sizes and a platinum and diamond pendant that can be worn in an open or shut position.
Italy's Basilio Liverino has exemplified sealife through her platinum creation in diamond and pearl brooches while Sarah Jordan, a British Designer created a a platinum collection of nature inspired pendants, rings, bangles and earrings.
Chris Aire, Anthony Nak, Catalano and Max Kemper among others have featured their designs and styles in platinum.
Besides, multi-coloured gemstones and diamonds have blended excellently in platinum designed jewelry also.
