National Handicraft Exhibition commenced yesterday at the Jakarta Convention Centre that was presided over by the President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia.
Event is organized by Dewan Kerajinan Indonesia (Dekranas) and is scheduled to conclude this Sunday.
Other reputed VIPs that attended the fair on its inaugural day included Datuk Seri Rosmah Mansor, the wife of Deputy Prime Minister, who led the 40 member delegation from the Welfare Body of the Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti), Felda and the Malaysian Handicraft Development Board.
Over 400 craftsmen participated in this expo displaying their best handicraft products.
