Fans of the late legendary King of Pop ‘Michael Jackson’ had the opportunity to meet the talented singer’s long time friend and costume designer Michael Bush at an exclusive book signing event in Madrid.

The Los Angeles-based fashion designer, who had styled MJ for more than 24 years, visited the Spanish capital to promote his book ‘The King of Style: Dressing Michael Jackson’.

With over 30,000 copies sold till date, the highly-acclaimed art-driven book gives detailed information about the famous stage costumes, apparels and accessories worn by the most popular musician of all times.

Published by Insight Editions last year, the book also includes a range of photographs featuring MJ’s sumptuous stage gears and the process of making those iconic wardrobe pieces.

Bush’s book promotion tour began on April 24, 2013 in Lisbon and will end on May, 2, 2013 in Prague.

Celebrities and fashion personalities like Grammy Award-winning singer Celine Dion and Ireland-based milliner Philip Treacy also contributed to the book.

Along with his partner Dennis Tompkins, Bush had designed several timeless pieces, including the ‘Bad’ tour’s black leather jacket and Swarovski crystal-embedded gloves, for the dapper musician.
