A huge number of local boutiques and designers are showcasing their avant-garde clothing ranges at the ongoing fifth edition of Austin Fashion Week, taking place in the small community of Austin, located in the US state of Colorado.

Scheduled to run till May 11, 2013, the event showcased nearly sixteen all-white ensembles by various designers under its Blanc Runway Show on the second day.

Designer Theresa Kopecky presented a pearl-coloured Tess Design cocktail dress at the event. Her Marilyn-style dress featured a curvaceous silhouette and a mock wrap.

Fashion talent Priscilla Barroso showcased a 1950s-inspired white-on-white polka dot dress. Accentuated with a Peter Pan collar, the short outfit included a tulle petticoat.

Other designers like Gail Chovan, Kendra Scott, Sarah Parrott and bridal lingerie expert Megan Summerville also presented their latest collections at the glitzy annual event.
