The Fashion week, called Spring in the City, is being staged by women's clothing boutique Bella Donna in Radford on March 27.
Bella Donna will be holding specials within their store for customers along with a fashion show with models from various organizations including Sigma Sigma Sigma, Delta Zeta, Alpha Sigma Alpha and Sigma Kappa.
The fashion show will showcase latest spring fashions, such as clothes, shoes and accessories, including a wide variety of designer brands from evening wear to casual wear.
The fashion week will include modeling of popular brands BCBG, Nelly and Millie and Chinese Laundry.
Bella Donna offers a unique range of fashions from contemporary to everyday classics.
Bella Donna offered a chance for customers to receive 15 percent off on any accessory of their choice with the purchase of any clothing item.
A model from Sigma Sigma Sigma and Fashion Design major, Megan Nelson, said the fashion week will bring awareness of new trends for the season.
Other models of Bella Donna are Annie Trumbore, Sarah Gargagliano, Maggie Martin, Tina Duty and Ashley Willis.
Following the fashion show, Bella Donna will be offering refreshments and also an after-hours show at the boutique.
Thursday's festivities are all in the bag. If a customer buys a bag, they will receive 15 percent off on anything that can fit in it.
If customers stop by Bella Donna on Friday and spend $75 or more, they will be entered to win a dinner for four at a local favorite chosen by the winner.
Fashion week ends with a connection to Sigma Kappa's philanthropy, as a percentage of the sales proceeds of the day at Bella Donna will go towards Alzheimer's Association.
Increasing awareness and to show support through Fashion for a Cure for Alzheimer's disease was the intention, said Glidewell member of Sigma Kappa and coordinator of the fashion week and Fashion for a Cure.
