Francesca Miranda had the challenge of being the first local designer to show her creations on the runway of Colombiamoda 2013, and she proved once again that, research and fashion should go the same way.

Her inspiration from Colombian ethnic became evident from the way the runway was prepared adorned, to the 'styling' of the models in her hair and makeup were totally in tune with the chosen inspiration.

Francesca prepared a collection from luxury fabric materials like silk, satin and lace. The color palette chosen by Miranda leaves the beige as base, and giving color accents in emerald green, light blue, brown and some white and black, were the driving force of a collection that also showed some pieces in gold, silver and ocher.

The designer was not alone in fabrics but in all her creations showed fashion details that were seen in the silhouettes of the dresses, in the necklines in the back, fitted waist, on the sets of shirt and trousers of the same printed, elegant necklines and brightness use.

All these details of contemporary fashion made Miranda's exhibition one of the most recognized in her long career as a designer in Colombia and made a high point in the first day of Colombiamoda 2013.
