As Milan design week approaches “la tessitura” of fabrics and accessories creator Mantero Seta Spa brings to the fore its own creative recycling design presenting further development of the ethics project to recover and refinish production waste and reject materials.
A development therefore of the philosophy that has accompanied the concept store since it was founded, and in its completely renovated premises the team of young designers produces the ideal creations for a modern and environment-caring style of living, where the home is an intimate and personal hideaway to be rendered unique and welcoming. The continued advancement of the project follows two parallel paths which then join to create new ideas: homedesign and ecodesign.
Homedesign concentrates on clean, modern lines through important detail, its creative play aiming to rationalize tradition via a research and project approach typical of design in which the fabric chosen as an accessory becomes an integral part of the furnishing.
Versatility and customization are the key words for this trend, where the fabric forms modular articles, able to adapt and enliven different rooms and furnishing solutions, produced by young designers to give every creation a personal touch modifiable to suit any taste.
Cushions and covers are unique pieces, absolutely inimitable, produced from a collage of different fabrics and by the introduction of new materials with textures of a different feel: cottons are combined with shantung or jacquard silk, producing a new alliance between design and décor.
