More than sixteen runway shows that featured latest Autumn/ Winter-14 and resortwear collections from a bevy of 30 South African designers were staged at the recently concluded Durban Fashion Fair 2013.

Award-winning fashion talent David Tlale presented a spectacularly created haute couture collection, replete with dreamy flowing gowns, at the four-day-long event.

Durban-based designer Zama Mathe displayed a feminine range titled Zarth. Made from lace and leather, the ensembles were based on natural tones of mocha and cream.

Popular design talent Francois Vedemme featured a heavy on white and cream hued lace-made collection, decorated generously with crystals and appliqué patches.

In addition to classic catwalk shows, Durban Fashion Fair 2013 also organized workshops, fashion pavilions and trade shows as well as buyers and media networking sessions.
