Popular Kiwi designer Deryn Schmidt opened the third day of the ongoing thirteenth edition of New Zealand Fashion Week (NZFW) with her new ‘Capture This’ collection.

Based on rich warm wintery tones of black, gold, burgundy and deep red, the line showcased silk and cotton made sophisticated attires like pencil skirts, jackets and classy elegant blouses.

Hamilton city based label NYNE featured its latest range titled Nomadic at the glitzy soiree. Balanced with a delightful amalgamation of androgynous and feminine looks, the smartly layered and free-flowing outfits included woollen cardigans, trousers and full-length dresses.

After the spectacular runway shows presented by Deryn Schmidt and NYNE brands, the New Zealand Weddings Magazine Bridal Collection Show took off the centre stage at the prestigious do.

As part of the bridalwear showcase, several luxurious gowns and exotic bridal dresses were displayed by famous wedding trousseau makers like Alma Wong, Craine Brothers, John Zimmermann, Robyn Cliffe, Sera Lilly, Vinka Design and Working Style.
