An exclusive range of twelve shimmering gowns, worn by the celebrity participants of the immensely popular BBC television series ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, is currently on display at Woburn Abbey, a country house located in Bedfordshire, England.

Scheduled to run till September, 2013, the event features a handpicked collection of memorable dresses, designed by the dance show’s current costume designer Vicky Gill, from its 2012 series.

The flowing glittery exhibits include a scarlet full-length dress worn by the British actress Denise van Outen, during her Paso Doble dance performance, as well as a Union Jack-inspired outfit sported by the Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton in the competition.

Other than the stunning costumes worn by Outen and Pendleton in the hit reality series, the exhibition also features the famous Charleston dress worn by Britain-based Italian professional dancer Flavia Cacace.

Running since 2004, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ pairs up celebrities with professional dancers for Ballroom and Latin dance competitions.
