Bold vibrant prints, floral prints, and tribal chic ranges were among the highlights featured on the runway on day 3 and 4 of the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.

Bold vibrant prints in tropical hues played heavily on the Buffalo-born designer Mara Hoffman’s catwalk creations, presented on the third day of ongoing Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York.

With a luminous presence of actresses Jamie Chung and Perrey Reeves, the New York City-based contemporary womenswear label’s show featured a Guatemalan-inspired collection, perkily spiced up with sexy cutouts.

With an abundance of Iris, serpent and prism like patterns and motifs, the tribal chic range included chiffon maxi-dresses, bomber jackets, tie-and-dye peasant skirts and belted shorts.

The celebrity-favourite fashion talent Jill Stuart showcased an edgy line at the prestigious do. The range included crop tops, black leather dresses with plunging mesh necklines, denim pieces and girlie baby doll outfits.

Manhattan-raised 32-year-old design specialist Zac Posen showcased a simple fresh Spring/Summer 2014 collection, replete with an array of layered silk chiffon dresses in floral prints, on the fourth day of the bi-annual high-profile event.
