Fashion label Dusud opened the first day of South Africa Fashion Week (SAFW) with a very versatile trans-seasonal collection.

Designed by the Johannesburg Fashion Academy graduate Errol Arendz, the line featured a variety of smartly cut feminine ensembles in rich warm autumnal hues.

Zimbabwe-born fashion talent Clive Rundle took inspiration from a special three-month-long cultural exchange program in Belgium for his latest Autumn/Winter 2014 range which showcased several culturally-influenced dresses made from exquisite materials.

South African Designer Suzaan Heyns presented a classic pop culture-inspired collection at the event. Replete with exaggerated silhouettes, the unconventional pieces were based in techno-colours.

In addition to her A/W-2014 line, Heyns also presented her Minnie Mouse-inspired exotic collection on the first day of SAFW.
