Textile tradeshow Colombiatex to begin from Jan 21

Colombiatex will be held from January 21-23, 2014 in Medellin, Colombia to benefit from the Free Trade Agreement where Colombia and the United States are seeing increased trade opportunities and a large growth potential in the garment and textile industries.

Colombiatex specializes in textiles, raw materials, supplies, machinery and chemicals for use in the apparel and household linen industry.

Thanks to its sound valuable products, Colombiatex of the Americas has been the main business hub for Latin America's textile sector for 25 years. This trade show hosts over 400 exhibitors, most of them from Colombia, with attendance of international buyers from around the globe.

Buyers will have the opportunity to walk through 8 halls across 2.30-acres worth of trade opportunities, including textile raw materials such as chemicals, fibers, linens, cotton and filament yarns in addition to apparel supplies like buttons, buckles, zippers, laces, lining, woven labels and collars.

Visitors will find full package companies specialized in sportswear, jeanswear, and household linen, among others.
