Popular Peruvian womenswear brand Fina opened the third day of the ongoing LIF Week 2014 with its new Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. The label’s designer Beatriz Leigh showcased a 30-piece range, replete with soft volumes, made from alpaca wool and tissue fabrics.

Roger Loayza opted for a very cheerful collection, fit for the style-savvy busy women of today. Based on warm tones, the pieces included chunky sweaters, bulky jackets, patterned skirts and classic white shirts teamed with leg warmers and knee-high socks.

Designer Sitka Semsch chose to showcase an urban collection peppered with grunge and hippie looks. Based on a palette of black, silver, ochre, coral and sand, the line included pants, blouses, tops, jackets and short and long dresses.

Fashion designer Fatima Arrieta was inspired from the works of famous Peruvian photographer Martín Chambi for her new collection showcased at the Lima event. A mix of both haute couture and prêt-a-porter pieces, the Roaring Twenties-inspired line included fringed skirts, stoles and dresses with daring necklines.
