Organized by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of Turkey (TGSD), the two-day event would host renowned fashion and apparel industry representatives from 40 different countries, who would be sharing their expertise on the latest trends in the global apparel and fashion sector.
TGSD chairman Cem Negrin said the idea behind organizing an event of such magnitude is to bring together renowned international apparel brands under the same roof to give their opinion regarding the latest innovations in the global apparel industry.
Keynote speakers at the event include UNIQLO Group executive vice president of production Yoshihiro Kunii, Tom Ford Made to Measure (MTM) manager Luigi D Orsogna Bucci, Arcadia Group chief operating officer (COO) David Shepherd and fashion designer Antonio Berardi.
At the two-day conference, participants would get an opportunity to receive first hand information about the textile and ready to wear sectors through presentations on future perspectives, trends, designs, new business models and development of potential markets, made by fashion and retail gurus as well as young designers.
Parallel to the event, a business-to-business (B2B) meeting would also be organized where apparel manufacturers from Turkey would get an opportunity to interact with international apparel firms, and form business relations with them.
