An impressive line-up of Latin American, European and American designers showcased their eclectic clothing lines at the just wrapped up 16th edition of Miami Fashion Week 2014.

Bolivia-born design talent Paulo Silva chose to showcase a provocatively detailed prêt-a-porter collection, whereas Matías Hernán opted to present a futuristically edgy and classic style mixed catwalk line at the fashion do.

Barcelonan brand Anna Mora once again showcased an exquisitely designed womenswear range, crafted from fabulously luxuriant textiles, while the famous celebrity-favoured American fashion expert Sherri Hill highlighted her latest contemporary red carpet-worthy eveningwear collection.

The glitzy affair also saw a vibrant apparel line from internationally renowned Spanish designer Ágatha Ruíz de la Prada. Based on a delicious candy-hued palette with occasional pops of neon, the feminine pieces were adorned with horizontal stripes, huge dots, tie-and-dye prints and gigantic bows.

In addition to the luxury cruise and resort fashion showcases, the four-day-long event also hosted pop-up boutiques, workshops on ‘How to Open and run a successful retail store’ alongside master classes on topics ranging from ‘Italian last trend: beautiful effortless style’ to ‘Personal image branding’.
