More than 50 fashion designers showcased their latest Spring/Summer 2015 creations at the just held German fashion extravaganza Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Berlin.

Kilian Kerner, the German designer who has been regularly showcasing his designs at the event for the past 10 seasons, based his apparels in 1970’s style silhouettes. Replete with gold beading and relaxed cuts, the collection was crafted from quilted silks and other premium fabrics in soft sorbet hues. The line’ most standout piece was a suit featuring a stained-glass window print with Rihanna, David Bowie and Justin Bieber as saints.

Vladimir Karaleev chose to stick to his signature unevenly finished sculptural creations, such as a sunny yellow jacquard silk jacket without hems, and designer Marc Cain sent his models wearing Marigold corsages over denim and cocktail dresses down the runway.

Fashion talent Laurèl highlighted jumpsuits, shift dresses, skirts and trousers with white lacework prints and the new up and coming name Rebekka Ruétz opted to feature bright tie-dye print adorned belted blazers, leggings, jumpsuits, skirts and white chiffon veils at the soiree.

In addition to the aforementioned labels, the high-octane fashion celebration also hosted catwalk shows from African designers and Kazakh labels.
