At the end of primary round, organization of Vietnam Collection 2006 picked out 30 candidates with 120 designs for finals to sieve out cream of young fashion designers who will boost growth of emerging industry.
This 2006 contest saw a total of 1278 participants from across the nation including students from Singapore, Thailand, Sweden, France and the US, showcasing 6255 design-drafts emphasizing romantic and modern ideas.
Of these, many candidates sent around 50–100 drafts for contest.
Final round of Vietnam Collection 2006 will be held at Quan Ngua General Sport Center in Hanoi, on October 1, 2006.
