Portland's Arts and Culture Commissioner Sam Adams sponsored a Portland Fashion Week at City Hall recently.
It featured the work of four designers devoted to creating environmentally sustainable fashion.
Models revealed clothing made of materials that are easily grown including bamboo and hemp.
Designer and Portland native Anna Cohen used products that were sustainable.
Anna Cohen utilized water, other raw materials by recycling, retrieval and tried to reduce wastage.
