The 48th annual Linly Heflin Scholarship Luncheon and Fashion show will be held from September 14, 2006 at noon at the Sheraton Birmingham.
Designer Neil Bieff of New York brings a painter's sense of color to fashion.
He studied art history and painting in the US and in Florence, Italy.
Linly Heflin Unit has 125 members and the luncheon fashion show is the only means to support scholarships.
Tickets are priced around US $35.
