Fashion pageant glittered

Miss Jamaica World contestants paraded their stuff in high fashion at the pageant held recently at the Jamaica Pegasus.

At the Miss Jamaica World pageant Uzuri's glittery sea-green gown worn by Harris shimmered.

They glittered and glimmered in gowns from Uzuri's and accessories from Xtras that oozed sex appeal in bathing suits from the Mushroom.

Even though only one young lady left with the title of Queen, it was without a doubt that all looked lovely.

Uzuri's standout style of combining elegance with sex appeal had most of the contestants looking fabulous.

Miss Jamaica World 2006, Sara Lawrence, seemed to glide on stage in a white and gold dress.

The dress, lacy and glittery at the top, with a gold, sheer bottom piece featured a hip-high slit that showed off her legs to full advantage.

Fashion displayed this year was a definite fashion upgrade from the last that hardly had one or two gowns standing out.

This year all the gowns were lovely and fitting to each girl's body very well.
