If any one thinks that he is in Middle-East watching a fashion show, do not blame him for being mistaken. It is pure magic from Dubai based designer Lee Harrison who displayed his 'Arabesque' collection at New Zealand Fashion week.
Long silk curtains were hanging from the ceiling and the stage was set with Turkish rugs and stuffed cushions spread over the catwalk.
All designs were hand beaded and had been designed and finished in Dubai and the beading propelled Harrison.
Designs were perfect for Middle Eastern princesses that included kaftans worn with relaxed, flowing pants through tailored suiting which was made from Moroccan blanket in vibrant hues of orange, gold and red or blues.
Long flowing robes over collared Nehru silk jackets looked highly familiar to Omar Sharif in Lawrence of Arabia. The last but not the least was an amazing collection of beaded wedding gown which would be a delight for girl's princess bride.
