XQ artists present designer embroidery at Thang Long-Hanoi

Celebrations at the Temple of Literature are on a full blast for the 52nd Anniversary of the capital liberation on October 10, where XQ – Thang Long-Hanoi Autumn was also a part of the festivities.
This event displayed a wide range of fashion embroidery products created by the talented designers of XQ that is a leading firm in Da Lat city.
The designs depicted various scenes from nature, landscapes, wildlife animals, beautiful birds and flowers, day-to-day panorama of human life as well as abstract patterns.
Nine XQ artists have decided to make a huge embroidered picture, 4 meters long, 3 meters wide and 167.5 kg in weight, from this month to December 2009 in preparation for the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi in 2010.
