In absolute Los Angeles style and grace, Los Angeles Fashion Week got off to a flier with celebrities, diversity, rock and roll and a dose of arrogance.

According to designer Louis Verdad, his collection had been partly motivated by Natalie Portman's character in “Closer”.

Local favourite Louis Verdad's fresh and lively designs coupled with Sue Wong's metaphorical dresses and jeans maker Evisu's funky fit collections.

Los Angles Fashion Week which is showcasing designers 2007 collections will be displaying designs through 32 shows spread over five days has commanded the respect of fashion world in recent times.
