Ala Moana Center will once again host its signature fall fashion event, World Festival - Hawaii's Fashion Week, from October 30th – November 5th. As a premier shopping destination, Ala Moana Center and its luxury retailers will unveil limited edition designer handbags and accessories sold exclusively in Hawaii.
This year, a variety of in-store events, exhibitions, fashion shows and special guest appearances by Steve Kemble of US Weekly's “Fashion Police” and Yunjin Kim of ABC's hit series LOST are sprinkled throughout the week creating rare and exciting shopping experiences for visitors and island residents. Highlights include demonstrations by visiting Parisian craftsmen at Hermes and Louis Vuitton; a runway fashion show at Dior; and world renowned make-up artists at MAC, Dior, and Sephora.
Exclusive and Limited Edition Luxury Merchandise Dior has always led the way with having multiple exclusive products available only at Ala Moana Center. Two hundred fifty limited edition logo jacquard medium hobo bags ($595) with pink patent leather trim and enamel ID plate named “Diorissimo,” will be available this year.
Dior is launching a new “Dior Hawaii” jewelry collection and an exclusive line of small leather goods including a phone/camera strap, a shoulder strap pouch and a heart shaped key chain – all are worldwide exclusives only available at Ala Moana Center. For fashionable youngsters, exclusive “Baby Dior Hawaii” t-shirts ($85-$110) includea pink metallic shirt with a beaded hibiscus print for girls, and a blue tiki embroidered print for boys. Offered in children's sizes from 2-12.
