This year's annual Hospice Fashion Show will be held on November 5 at Empress grand ballroom.
Hansen's Villa, which is associated with the show for last 18 years, will once more bring to light latest trends which have come full circle, with both skinny and flared pant legs showing up this season.
Skinny leg pants which will look good on people with small hips are staging a big comeback, while the flared pant leg which will suit shapely ladies is not lagging far behind.
Brown is the new black, which will scale greater heights this fall and will stay in style for next few years. Other colours waiting in store for this season are olive, cranberry and gold.
In the dresses category, there are many striking silhouettes, with lengths all over the board, while short cocktail dresses are trendier this season than in recent years. There are also other trends like lame with glossy metallic threads, sequins, beads or and other ornate details, unique jackets, vest, sweaters and belts.
Hospice helps a large community of people who cannot help themselves economically or emotionally. Hospice Guild members contribute profits of the show to Joliet Area Community Hospice home, the first one built in Illinois.
