African Heritage co-founder Alan Donovan has finally been able to put together an exhibition, which will feature unique pieces assembled by his avid art collector partner, Joe Murumbi.

These antiques were delicately handled, examined and touched up wherever required by talented designers, curators and craftsmen.

Hosted at Kenya National Archives, the collection includes artifacts like sculpture, paintings, textiles, ivories, masks, weaponry and shields that were found in different regions of the continent.

Wakamba collection, however, will definitely steal the show with its exquisite bead and tuffet range that inscribes wide color palette of blue, yellow, red, black and white, signifying stomach of God, visual dialogue, rituals and milk.

Joe was second Vice-President of the country and is considered as one of the most learned and prominent personalities, till date.
