Yearly exhibition and buyer-seller meet Milan Mela will be organized at Park Circus Maidan between December 16, 2006 and January 1, 2007. It will be opened by West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee.
There will be more than 150 booths displaying numerous products including home décor, embroidery, handicraft and leather goods.
Mohammed Salim, an MP associated with the fair, informed that beneficiaries of West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation along with other Government organizations and zilla parishads will be taking part in this fair.
Corporation has sponsored the fair, which will enable minor traders and artisans to sell their works and generate more business.
