At Palm Bay Charter Academy's Winter Fashion Show sponsored by the school's sewing club, students gave a spirited performance. Mary Kuhn, who works in the academy's café, watched her daughter Stephanie studying in fourth standard on stage.
Stephanie sparkled in a star barrette. A red capelet featuring round gold circles hanging from the trim was worn by Annavay Kean, a fifth standard student.
Show was attended by all students, teachers and over 40 parents. Generally the show has a topic such as holiday vest or spring poncho.
Palm Bay School Secretary Patricia Jones organized the show. She started the sewing club two years back to gift these skills to coming generations. Every academic year, members of the club work on two sewing projects.
