Final report of Fashion Fairs STYL and KABO for Aug

Trade Fairs Brno reported the largest Fashion Fairs in the Czech Republic STYL and KABO during 22nd to 24th August 2006 have been attracting ever more foreign firms. They were attended by exhibitors from record-breaking 27 countries and the proportion of foreign participants amounted to 38 percent.
In seven fully occupied exhibition halls not even stands of the biggest Czech manufacturers were missing, joint stands of Greek and Indian firms had their premieres in Brno. Stands of the KABO Show fully took up Hall F and exhibitors were satisfied with their good deals.
Altogether 30 moderated fashion shows presenting in particular fashion for the season Spring-Summer 2007 took place. Also two lectures by Italian and Dutch professionals and four exhibitions: Trend Forum, UP & UNDER Wear Trends, Fashion novelties in footwear, leatherware and materials from Italy and Trends in jewelry dealt with fashion trends.
Fashion Fairs attract as usual VIP guests, this year also Mrs. Lívia Klausová, Pavla Topolánková and the Supreme State Power Representitive Renáta Vesecká came to the Brno shows. The top of the Czech fashion world incl. Libena Rochová, Josef Taptuch, E-Daniely etc. met again at the Exhibition Center.
Show accompanying program involved three top events – evening show fashions successfully moderated by Ladislav Špacek and Petr Studenovský, Tereza Pergnerová and the tandem Vojtech Bernatský - Petr Svecený. At the opening party the collection by Iveta Rádková designed in cooperation with ATOK member firms, author collection by Vladka Antlová, a collection of luxury Franch lingerie by Lise Charmel were presented. The Gala party was closed by the collection of the Polish fashion designer Gosia Baczynska.
