John Glenn Middle School will hold its second annual fashion show on January 4, 2007. School's 30 students will walk the ramp at 6 pm in the multipurpose hall.

Many seventh and eighth standard students will endorse gowns provided by Windsor Fashions for the show and also tuxedos offered by Tuxedo Exchange at low rates. Two students will flaunt their own creations.

Further, authorities and teachers will model dresses provided by Chico's for the event. A fashion design project by a student triggered the show last year which brought in $500.

According to art teacher Yolanda Jue, event focuses on internal beauty and it aims to boost students' poise and confidence. Returns from the show will be used to purchase art work or finance an art field trip.
