Each workshop will be led by established local artist. These workshops will cover a whole lot from millinery (the hat making) with Waltraud Reiner, and quilting with Susan Mathews, jewellery-making with Keith E. Lo Bue, knitting and crochet with Prudence Mapstone and puppet making with Elizabeth Paterson.
Susie Mahon, will host a workshop on doll-making. Celia Player will coordinate the work shop named 'From Sketch to Stitch' where she will teach how to sketch designs and then translate them into fabric and stitch.
Aukje Boonstra will take a workshop on dyeing, and using them to colour materials like wool, cotton, silk and paper.
Coordinators of the workshop assure a lively ambiance will prevail during the week-long event.
