Vikas Bharti and NABARD have jointly organized 'Yuva Shilpa Mela' or Youth Handicraft Fair.
The purpose of this fair is to generate job opportunities for rural as well as urban youth of Jharkhand.
Fair was opened on January 9, 2007 and it ends on January 13. Many activities are held in this event.
