Paramparik Karigar exhibition at the Coomaraswamy Hall, within the premises of Chhatrapatui Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sanghrahalaya has become a place of attraction for the people of Western Mumbai.
The stalls are showcasing various craftworks of different states. Ikkat from Andhra Pradesh, Chickan and Zardosi from Lucknow, Pipla work from Orissa, Banarasi work from Uttar Pradesh, Bidri from Maharashtra, Patan Patola sarees and fabric from Gujarat and Lac work from Jaipur were present.
The Paramparik Karigar exhibition running from 16-18 January, 2007, gives a feel of entire India coming under one roof.
